Organisational Blueprint
Following a Strategy Review, our client needed to establish a new Operating Model and Organisational Design that would enable it to achieve its exciting strategic ambition. It asked Sierra Lima for help.
By utilising our unique Hothouse Design Workshop approach and by involving all functions and multiple layers of the organisation, we facilitated the development of the organisational Blueprint. The Blueprint is way more than just the organisational structure, size, role profiles and accountabilities; it is the DNA of the organisation. It brings to life the ways of working, shared values and cultural norms that are needed to underpin effective working relationships across the Group. One of the key design principles was to ensure that the whole (the Group) is greater than the sum of its (Business Unit and Corporate Services) parts.
In parallel, we also developed the integrated master Implementation Plan and the associated Business Unit and functional plans. We facilitated the establishment of an internal team to whom we transferred knowledge and whom we coached so that they could successfully implement the solution. And they have.

Transformation Advisory
The Government of Jamaica, who employs approximately 120,000 people, has embarked on an ambitious modernisation agenda. Within the modernisation agenda two of the key programmes are the HR Transformation Programme and the Shared Corporate Services Programme. Sierra Lima is acting as an advisor on these programmes.
So far, we have helped them to procure an integrated HR and Payroll solution, pull their various HR projects and initiatives into a holistic HR Transformation Programme, establish the programme delivery resources, shape the systems implementation plan and the wider change plan, blueprint the technical solution and establish the initial HR Shared Service operation.
